As a small publisher whose main focus is on good quality in terms of language, illustrations and dealing with customers, it is very difficult to compete with the big players like Amazon & Co. Even in dealing with wholesalers, too many obstacles are put in the way of a small publisher.

So why are we doing this?

We continue because people are important to us. Especially the children's books at Silbermund are made so elaborately because it is important to us that children have a special experience reading with their family.
